Swift911™ Mobile provides an intuitive mobile user interface that allows access to the alerting capabilities of the comprehensive alerting system.

This application requires a valid account and login credentials. These credentials are essential for accessing any of the available features in the app.

The Swift911™ Mobile app enables users of Swiftreach's Swift911™ system to efficiently launch emergency alerts from their smartphones, tablets, or other mobile devices. Swift911™ is a web-based emergency notification system utilized by over 1,500 organizations spanning various industries such as government, technology, education, healthcare, utilities, and enterprise.

Within the app, users can utilize the scenario section to select an alert scenario and promptly launch it. Additionally, there are two methods available for launching alerts: Quick Launch and Alert Wizard.

• Quick Launch enables users to enter an alert name, select a contact list to send the alert to, and further refine the recipients based on a specific geographical area on a map. Message types include Voice, Email, SMS/Text, Facebook, and Twitter. Users can input custom message content, assign a caller ID number, and initiate the alert.
• Alert Wizard provides users with multiple steps for increased alerting options. The contact lists can be filtered using a map and/or customized filters. Supported message types include Voice, Email, SMS/Text, Pager, Fax, Facebook, Twitter, and Hotline.

All ongoing or scheduled alerts are conveniently displayed on the home screen along with a progress bar. Users can view details for each alert and easily pause/resume or cancel running alerts.
